We currently work with Medi-Cal, LA Care, IEHP, Blue Shield, Blue Cross, and additional private insurers. Plan networks change — always verify that Chrysalis Surgery and your intended surgeons are in-network for your product.
If your carrier is not listed, contact us. Many patients still qualify through out-of-network benefits or prior-authorization pathways.
